Position: Production Assistant (Fresh graduate is welcome)

Job Description:

1. Assisting the production manager to generate production plan inside ERP system, and coordinate the production line and operators to guarantee the on time delivery and high efficient production.;

2. To make sure the operation process is in line with the work order and procedures;

3. Supervise the status of raw material in the warehouse, and release raw material for production according to the plan;

4. To continuously improve the safety, 5S, and quality and production efficiency;

5. To gather production information and make periodic report;

6. Assist production manager to do some administration work.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor in engineering;

2. Fluent in English communication, both in written and spoken;

3. ERP knowledge, who familiar with Kingdee K3 system is preferred;

4. Skillful with Office software,

5. Good working spirit, good communication skill and team working, good working attitude and can work under pressure.

6. Fresh graduate is welcome.

生产助理(欢迎应届毕业生应聘)

职责：

1. 负责运行ERP系统，协助生产经理进行生产排程，协调生产线和安排生产工人，保证订单按时完成；

2. 监督现场生产按照标准流程进行，确保产品质量；

3. 监控原材料仓库库存状况，与采购部门协作保证生产所需原材料的及时供应；

4. 协助工厂安全及5S等工作的持续改进，参与产品质量改善以及生产效率提升；

5. 收集相关的生产信息并周期性的生成生产报告；

6. 协助生产经理从事其它的日常管理性工作。

要求：

1. 理工类本科毕业;

2. 流利的英语交流能力；

3. 了解ERP，熟悉金蝶K3系统者优先；

4. 熟练使用办公软件；

5. 工作态度端正，能吃苦，有团队精神，能够在压力下工作。
