香港赛马会是于1884年成立的一家私人会所，发展至今已成为亚洲最大、最高级的会员会所之一。马会以其一百多年的光辉历史及优秀传统，赢得香港各界的尊崇，并在2003年获评选为香港「超级品牌」总冠军。香港马会同时是全球规模最大的速度马竞赛营办机构之一。

        除了经办会所和速度马业务外，香港马会亦获香港特区政府委托，专营彩票和规范化足彩业务，同时协助香港特区政府执行打击各种非法***的政策，站稳「负责任企业公民」的岗位。
 
        拥有超过120年历史的香港马会，一直备受各界尊崇，主要有赖其独特的非牟利营运模式。马会没有股东、没有「分红」，因此所得盈余均可以悉数拨捐慈善，回馈社会。过去10年，马会捐款超逾100亿港元，因而成为全球最大的慈善捐款机构之一。

        独特的非牟利营运模式，加上高效率的管理，亦令香港马会成为香港特区纳税最多的机构。2008/09年度，马会共缴纳129.76亿港元税款，约占政府税务局总税收的6.8%。我们不仅为政府库房带来巨额税款，对于维持香港的低税率政策更起着关键性的作用。

        2008年北京奥运会及残疾人奥运会马术比赛将于马会提供的场地上举行，为确认马会在兴建场地，以及于奥运比赛期间在马医院、赛事化验所及其他设施方面提供支援所作出的贡献，马会获北京奥组委正式授予"北京2008年奥运会马术比赛重要贡献机构"的名衔。

Through a three-year development programme with placements and attachments in different divisions, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Club's core businesses, i.e. Racing, Betting, Membership and Charities. We will be providing you with excellent learning and development opportunities. Our structured development programme framework comprises a wide range of training opportunities through workshops, stretch assignments, overseas training and project exposure, action-learning projects, mentoring, performance reviews and management presentations. The aim is to enhance your business exposure and to strengthen your management skills and professional knowledge.

After a three-year programme, you will be able to pursue your personal career aspirations in entry-level management, in supervisory positions, or in the professional and technical streams of the Club.
