Eaton Corporation located in Shanghai has several openings for Engineering Internship. Outstanding interns will be considered for Eaton’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) – Asia Pacific.


The internship is designed for current 4th-year students with a BS degree in Fluid Power Control Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, with relevant internship or co-op experience, who have future operations leadership aspirations. 
 
Successful candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials, 
strong analytical skills, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and have a strong desire and ambition to be a future leader.
 
Eaton’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) – Asia Pacific

The LDP program will develop and prepare participants to work in a variety of functional areas, as well as develop leadership competencies. The program's duration is 3 years and provides participants with progressive rotations in functional areas such as engineering, operations, quality, front line supervision, business development, supply chain, lean manufacturing, product management, marketing, and project management. 

Throughout the development cycle, this program will provide participants with meaningful projects where individual efforts and contributions are critical to our success. Qualified participants will receive multiple opportunities of formal training, networking, and assignment coaching in addition to receiving ongoing formal feedback in order to evaluate personal progress and identify development opportunities.
