The ASSESS Consultant will be based on Beijing or Shanghai. She/He will be fully engaged in ASSESS consulting and assessment with ASSESS Systems

Responsibilities:

ASSESS Sales and Consulting

Report to ASSESS business director

Develop the ASSESS Systems market by understanding the client's HR objectives and needs, proposing appropriate solutions accordingly

Offer solutions to prospective clients

Builds and maintain strong client relationships

Manage the process of ASSESS project implementation

Support our continued efforts to translate, localise and validate various assessment tools from ASSESS Systems International

Requirements

Have solid client work and network and be an expert in key HR consulting topics-such as competency modelling, development and training, recruitment and selection, assessment centre, performance management, HR operations and talent management, etc.

Relevant degree required; MBA or HR relevant graduate degree/equivalent work experience strongly preferred.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Excellent analytical, diagnostic, communication skills, creative and proactive problem-solving skills.

At least 3 year experience in consulting area. Client management experience is strongly preferred.

Mature personality, ability to work independently and in a team on multiple projects
