Title: Production support analyst

General summary of Duties/Responsibilities:

You will be joining a global team, working closely with colleagues who are based in the UK； you will need to communicate in English both by telephone and email. Our client is a major international investment bank； we develop, maintain and support their global 24 hour production system environment.

Working hours:

Shift work 24*7 – Likely 4 days on and 4 days off Shift pattern including weekends and public holidays.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Commitment to ensuring quality and resource management.

·         Provide 24*7 hours support to the Production systems of Client.

·         Recording and updating work items in ticket logging system.

·         Answering hotline queries.

·         Investigation, reporting and possible correction to failed batches.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor degree or above.

·         Excellent English, English skills must be good enough to speak confidently to people around the world.

·         Good communication skills.

·         Initiative and conscientious.

·         Can demonstrate problem solving skills.

·         Be innovative and able to design new solutions quickly.

·         Production /Technical support experience would be an advantage.
