Position1 : Legal Analyst

Job decription and requirement:

Job Responsibilities:

1Analyze and understand substantive and procedural law in jurisdictions around the world in areas including corporate law, tax, intellectual property, securities, and other related fields.  Assist in simplifying and migrating these concepts into a technology-based solution

2 Assist in monitoring and updating legal and regulatory developments across jurisdictions affecting the website's legal products

3 Assist in developing product ideas and business plans to expand the scope and breadth of legal products

4 Daily interaction with Engineering team, Product team, Marketing team and Design team

The position You will help drive the conceptualization and implementation of our tax products. You will be exposed to many different jurisdictions, as your research will cover both US and international tax law.
