Duties 工作职责
Work as a focapoint between company and externaservice agent 专责处理公司及海外代理的沟通, 双方的对口人 Ensure smooth and on-time mutuacommunication by emai& phone cal 与内部客服同事及外部代理进行流畅及时的邮件与电话沟通 Acknowledge & translate the content of customer trace from Chinese to English (and vice versa) according to standard response time 负责确认及翻译客户查询及理赔工单(中英互译) Monitor the efficiency & quality of reply from internacolleagues & service agent and escalate trace according to response time, if required 监控内部同事及代理反馈的工作处理时效及质量,并根据既定之时效需求把个案升级 Handle involved documentation and clericaworks of the department 负责处理部门内文书及行政事务类工作 Assist to produce reports for management review regarding the service standard of externaservice agent 协助定期制作外部代理服务的报告标准供领导回顾 Perform additionaduties as assigned from superior, if required 执行上级领导指定的其他工作。
Requirements 任职资格要求 College Degree or above 大专及以上学历 Fluent in English, able to communicate in Korean language a strong advantage 英文流利,能用韩语进行工作沟通语言者优先考虑 Able to translate Chinese to English and vice versa 能够进行英汉互译 Good typing skilin Chinese & English 英文和汉语的打字熟练 PC skills eg. Microsoft Word, Excel…etc 能够熟练运用电脑及办公软件 Willing to work in shift 能够接受轮班工作 Learn fast, adhere to deadline and willing to work overtime(if necessary) 学习能力强, 能按时限完成工作, 能超时工作(如需要) Able to work independently without guidance 在无人指导的情况下,能够独立开展工作。 |
