Be responsible for development, support ,enhancement, analysis , testing and maintenance of the Fault Management/Performance Manager system.

Requirements:
- Bachelor or master in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Understanding of Telco networks, technologies and protocols
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux
- Knowledge of SNMP, basic operate
- Oracle normal use, backup, sql
- Knowledge of perl, shell, jsp, java script, TCP/IP, websphere, is a plus
- Excellent English speaking and writing ability
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
