职位描述 

Responsibilities:

1.Provide technical support of enterprise application system (ERP/SCM/CRM/HRM) to customer in the phone to HK and South China region customers

2.Provide on site service to solve customer's problem

3.Customer care

 

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree, major in computer science or accounting

2.Familiar with Windows system and SQL server

3.Good communication skill in Cantonese

4.Reliable, frank and proactive

 

工作职责：

1.通过电话方式对香港以及华南地区客户提供客户企业应用软件(ERP/SCM/CRM/HRM)的技术支持

2.提供现场服务、解决客户问题

3.客户关注

 

岗位要求：

1.本科学历，主修计算机科学或者财务

2.熟悉Windows操作系统及SQL

3.良好的沟通技能，粤语优先
