1. 回应客户咨询及跟进客户投诉。
2. 向现有客户提供系统培训服务。
3. 定期对客户档案进行分析丶整理,管理客户数据资料库。
4. 协助客户制作广告资料分析报表。
5. 与销售部门及营运部门协调及沟通有关客户需求及投诉。
Job Specification:
1. Answer clients’ enquiries and follow up with clients’ requests;
2. Provide training of our system to existing clients;
3. Analyze and maintain clients’ cases; manage CRM system;
4. Assist clients to develop advertising data report;
5. Coordinate and communicate with Sales team and Operation team for clients’ requests and complaints.
职位要求:
1. 本科以上学历,主修英语或市场营销专业尤佳。女性优先。
2. 具备客户服务管理经验优先考虑。
3. 有良好的客户服务意识,熟悉客服工作内容和流程以及商务礼仪。
4. 擅于与团队进行紧密合作,工作推进能力丶危机处理能力强。
5. 有良好的沟通能力丶语言组织能力和工作协调能力。
6. 熟练操作和应用电脑,尤其是OFFICE软件的操作和应用。
7. 国丶粤语流利,良好的英语听丶说丶写能力。

Job Requirements:
1. University graduates, preferably major in English or Marketing. Female candidates are preferred;
2. With CS management experience is at higher priority;
3. With positive attitudes towards clients, familiar with CS field and with good business manner;
4. Good team player, with strong analytical and crisis management skills;
5. Good communication skill, language skill and coordination skill;
6. Well-experienced in computer applications, esp. Microsoft Office;
7. Excellent in Mandarin and Cantonese; good at spoken and written English.
