Requirements:
• Junior college or above.
• Excellent customer care orientation with good telephone etiquette, pleasant and friendly behavior and highly motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge particularly in word processing and use of Internet applications and technical skills. Candidates must proficient using searching tools, browsers and email features such as attaching files to correspondence, utilizing tracking and management features.
• Good oral communication and listening skills in English, native speaker is welcome.
• A sound knowledge of calling card is preferable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer English incoming calls.
• Update changes in the database of the status of existing customers and prospective customers.
• Follow up customers concern and inquiries.
• Clerical jobs includes: faxing documents, filing paper work, checking on credit references and liaising staffs in other departments.
• Has strong ability to handle and figure out and interpret basic customer information.
• Handle and maintain CS report.
• Can interpret and translate when it is necessary.
• Can able to perform and handles supervising job in the absence of the supervisor.
