技术员 AI technician
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Cooperate with engineers for New products review and verify the assembly flow;
2. Verify the assembly fixture & tools, assembly flow for new products;
3. Identify cost reductions for new products (labor, material, operation);
4. Cooperate for PFEMA and control plan for new products;
5. Cooperate with DSM plant and global support team for new products launch;
6. Writing AI for new products;
7. Cooperate with lean engineer and technician to build the new products at lab;
8. Support the continue improvement for process and plants.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- University degree, major in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in manufacturing project or process area
- Good at both written and oral English and communication skills
- Strong PC skills, familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project is preferred.
- Must be flexible and willing to devote extra hours as required to get objectives completed
