要求:
4 days per week
-University degree in administration or related major;
-Relevant experience in MNC or recruiting is a plus;
-Have good service concept and attitude, to be helpful and solve the problem independently;
-Well organized and coordination, responsibility;
-Good communication skill in both Chinese & English;
-Proficient PC literacy;CET-6 is a must.

内容:Duties & responsibilities:
-Understand company culture and recruitment strategy; Implementing and monitoring recruitment policies and procedures;
-Coordinate on HO recruiting, including follow up personnel request form, IOS advertisement release, arrange interview and pre-screen resumes.
-Weekly summary the recruitment status, monthly update HO O-chart and analysis/summary recruitment status, quarterly review/analysis difficulty vacancy;
-Keep the communication with related recruitment website & vendors;
-Support recruitment for RO/JV/Store and new store opening recruitment support;
-Assist HR Supervisor to handle campus recruitment, annual headcount budget, etc related recruitment project.
-Ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior
Job's Objective
Be responsible for HO non-Mgmt recruitment, increasing recruiting efficiency and quality while decreasing cycle time to fill positions. Recruitment project involvement & coordination.
