2006年8月，洛德投资1.2亿元人民币在上海金山化工区组建新的化学工厂，设计年产8000吨胶粘剂、1600吨涂料、3000吨灌封材料。

助理质量工程师

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责

 及时准确地对来料进行检验，确保放行的是合格原材料；

Inspect incoming material in time, assure the conformity of raw material;

及时准确地对生产过程中的产品进行检验，确保过程中的产品的符合性；

 Finish in process inspection in time, assure the conformity of in process products；

及时准确地对所有成品进行最终检验， 确保放行的是合格成品；

Finish final inspection for final products in time, assure the conformity of final products;

及时汇报和控制所发现的不合格；

Report and control detected nonconformity in time;

及时准确地完成检验报告及其他质量记录；

Finish inspection reports and other quality records in time;

保存相关文件、记录，确保其安全可靠并可及时得到；

 Keep the related documents and records safe, reliable and get easily;

保持实验室整洁有序的工作环境， 使工作区域满足"5S"的要求。

 Keep the testing lab clean and in order and meet 5S requirements.

 上级领导安排的其他相关工作。

REQUIREMENT岗位要求：

本科学历，主修有机化学或相关专业；

BA degree, majored in Organic Chemical or related field;

能熟练掌握有关的检验、测试技术，会正确使用相关检验测试设备、仪器仪表和工具，有较强动手能力；

be able to grasp the inspection method and testing technology, can use the inspection and test machine, equipment and tooling correctly, have strong hands;

较好的英语阅读能力，能熟练运用计算机及MS OFFICE办公软件；

Good English reading skill, can use computer and MS Office skillfully;

能翻班，能随时准备加班(工作地点在上海金山化学工业园区)；

Can work by running shifts, willing to do overtime （Located in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park）;

有较强的质量意识和责任心，工作主动性强；

Strong consciousness of quality and responsibility and initiative;

洛德化学（上海）有限公司 诚招：工艺工程师 1名 （工作地点：金山化工区）

Responsibilities:

- Investigate and solve manufacturing problems to maintain an uninterrupted production

- Hold the lead in process control activities; enhance the process stability and reliability

- Seek to continuously improve the productivity and reduce the manufacturing cost

- Organize and manage the launch of new products into mass production; define processes, process flow, new equipment/tooling, coordinate between functional groups and organize production approval activities for on time launch at a good quality

- Continuously increase the individual competence of operators by technical trainings, on-site instructions

- Define manufacturing instructions and other process specifications

- Manage prototype manufacture

- Manage new product cost estimates

- Manage process team, organize the process activities and balance the workload within team

- Accept the other jobs appointed by production manager

Requirements:

- Master degree in Chemical

- Be familiar with epoxy, silicone, acrylic, PU resin system is preferred.

- Experience in adhesive or polymer formulations is preferred.

- Experience in electronic board&components or general product assembly industry is preferred.

- Systematic problem solving skills

- Good project management and organizational skills

- Good understanding of quality system in automotive industry

- A responsible and committed team player with good communication and interaction skills, proactive attitude, self-initiative, can work independently

- Excellent verbal and written competence in both English and Mandarin

- Good computer application skills
