招聘岗位：

招聘职位: 助理猎头顾问

主要职责:

-          为客户公司的职位进行搜寻和招聘

-          对有意向的候选人进行筛选和面试

-          鉴定该候选人是否符合客户职位的需求和要求

-          为客户进行安排面试, 面试跟踪以及为候选人提供职业规划设计

-          其他一些专业工作 (人事背景调查, 薪资福利等)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Recruit interview and assess applicants
2. Identify competencies of the job descriptions and requirements of each position from clients
3. Identify applicant's experience qualification and personality etc to find suitable candidates through effective communication
4. Help to arrange interviews and follow up the whole recruitment process accurately and efficiently
Requirements :
1. College degree or above；
3. Fluent in English and Good PC skill (MS Office)
