Job Description:

A. Full time investment banking analyst

Cowen Latitude is seeking highly motivated and academically accomplished

candidates to join as an Analyst in Investment Banking. Working in a

fast paced, entrepreneurial and bi-cultural environment, the successful

candidate will focus on providing investment banking services to the

global technology industry working directly with Cowen's Global

Technology Investment Banking Group, which is headquartered in our San

Francisco office.  The Analyst will first experience several months of

direct, in-person training and integration with the San Francisco

Technology Group.  The Analyst is then expected to return to a Cowen

Latitude office in the PRC to continue to primarily support Cowen's U.S.

Technology Group and, as available, work with local teams at Cowen

Latitude.  The Analyst will participate in preparing presentation and

marketing materials, conduct financial analysis and generally support

the work and transactions of the Global Technology Group.  The

successful candidate must have strong quantitative as well as

qualitative skills.

Requirements:

*          BA/Master holder from a top tier university

*          1 year of work experience in accounting, finance, or

consulting

*          Overseas studying or working experience is preferred

*          Fluency in written and oral English

*          Fluency in written Chinese and oral Mandarin

B. Investment Banking Intern in Beijing office (Jan/Feb/Mar)

Requirements:

*          BA/Master candidate from a top tier university

*          Knowledge of accounting and finance

*          Fluency in written and oral English

*          Fluency in written Chinese and oral Mandarin
