Main Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with clients for job description and new position opened;
2. Manage recruiting process and decide searching channels;
3. Search candidates, screen resumes, and make matches;
4. Communicate with candidates for initial selection;
5. Further interviews with candidates, and complete assessment reports;
6. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates;
7. Provide consulting services / advices to candidates;
Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in IT or a related field required;
2. Have 1 year of recruiting experience is preferred. Recruiting Intern experience is highly preferred for graduates;
3. Ability to leverage the internet to locate contacts and generate interest among qualified candidates;
4. Good communications skills in both English and Chinese, CET 6 is must;
5. Can understand clients requirements clearly;
6. Have deep understanding of job descriptions;
7. Detailed, focused and think creatively, Good attitude.
