Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
- As damco service counter, drive profitable business volume growth and customer development.
- Bring and accumulate advanced business practice, grow damco expertise to strengthen stickiness for damco existing customers.
Specific responsibilities of the position:
- Effectively align with BDV and overseas SAL to materialize business opportunity and strategy.
- Provide on-site consultancy and service as booking counter to int. /ext. customers.
- Coordinate with OPE partner and service suppliers to deliver efficient and profitable service to existing/potential customers.
- Coordinate with customer service leader for other function relationship build up.
- Develop existing customers' business with damco in all possible aspects.
- Initiate and accumulate advance product knowledge and experience, effectively promote damco internally and externally in a professional way.
- One off credit payment following up & chase credit customer for payment timely.

Specific requirements for the position:
- Freight forwarding / shipping experience is preferred
