招聘职位：人事顾问

性质：全职        招聘人数：10人

职责：

    通过电话销售的形式向外资企业客户推荐适合他们的中高级人才，作为双方沟通的一个桥梁，同时在人才方面我们会作出筛选和配对，当中会包括简历筛选、人才评估、安排面试、入职等等相关的跟进工作。简单地说，就是帮企业招聘人才，帮人才找合适职位。

要求：

1、学历：专科及以上学历。

2、语言：具备一定的英语听说读写能力，CET－4以上优先。

3、年龄：20-25岁。

4、出色的国语口语表达能力与沟通能力。

5、具备人力资源知识，或客户服务和销售等工作经验优先。

6、具有良好的市场开拓能力和人际关系，沟通与谈判能力，性格开朗，乐于主动

接触顾客。

7、需熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件（EXCEL，WORD，OUTLOOK）

8、快速学习能力和团队合作精神，在快节奏和高强度的工作环境下保持专注和高效的工作状态，能够在一定的工作压力下出色的完成工作，有责任心。
