Its services provided in China ranges from International Air Freight, Domestic Airfreight, International Ocean Freight, Industry Project & Chartering, Logistics Management Service, International Supply Chain Management. Job Description:

Overall Role Purpose: This position is to make the operation of on site import handling for key customers, and monitor daily operation to meet customer needs.

Job Requirement:

·Feedback to customer inquiries
·Fulfill customer’s special requirements according to SOP
·Generate reports or other related documents to customer
·To follow up trouble cases or irregularity shipments and feedback customer of alternative arrangements
·Attend customer review meeting
·Support CSSV Manager
·Update the CSSV Manager on operational issues that requires their attention
·Keep good relation with customer to get more business in future
·Any handling instruction needs be inform to related colleague timely
·Daily Operation

Import: Receiving pre-alert from overseas and do necessary distribution to customer; Inform customer to prepare all related docs and collect them in good order, then pass them to our subcontractor for further processing. Monitor the performance and effectiveness to ensure timely delivery without failure. To keep both customer and CSSV manager informed if any irregularity

Export: Receiving booking from customer; Inform our CSSV colleague to arrange pickup on time; Inform our CSSV colleague to booking space; Print that HB and inform to customer of flight/vessel information; Tracking per shipment every day; Billing
 

Job Requirements:

·Bachelor or College Degree, and will graduate in year 2010.
·Logistic related major is preferable
·Good and solid background in operations
·Good command of both spoken and written English& Chinese
·PC knowledge
·Quick minded and problem solver
·Good communication and organizing skill
·Reliable, accountable and stable
