HR Coordinator Intern/人力资源部实习生

Job Duties/工作职责:
1. Assist with recruitment, including posting recruiting ads, pre-screening resumes, informing candidates and arranging interviews;
协助招聘工作:包括刊登招聘广告、筛选简历、通知安排面试等;
2. Assist with file translation into both Chinese and English;
协助文档的中英文翻译工作;
3. Assist with workers’ salary calculation;
协助每月工人工资计算;
4. Routine HR duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, paperwork etc;
其他人力资源部的常规工作,包括文档整理、信息录入、扫描、文书工作等;
5. Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
其他上级主管布置的任务。
Requirements/招聘要求:
1. Major in HR, business management, English or other relevant ones. Student who graduate after 2011 is preferred;
人力资源、工商管理、英语或其他相关专业,2011年后毕业的同学优先考虑;
2. At least 3 days on board a week and able to last for at least 6 months;
每周工作至少三天,实习周期为6个月;
3. Fluent oral and written English skill. CET-6 is a must.
流利的英语口语和书面能力,CET-6级或以上;
4. Master of MS office tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

5. Good time management, communication, organization skills;
