Position Title: (CVM) Drafter

 

Purpose:

Provide Customer View Models (CVM) and Engineering Change Support to internal customers with the objective of supporting engineering activities within Team Leader's supervision and global engineering policies and procedures.

按照部门领导的要求和全球工程政策及流程，为内部用户提供客户视图模型（CVM）和工程变更的技术支持，目的是帮助工程运作。

 

Job Description:

1. Engineering Activities - CVM (Customer View Modeling)

Support CVM activities (including the gathering of drawing, production model and related information based on BU sales's requirements); develop and release customer view model; and resolve technical issues for CVM modelers in order to ensure smooth execution of CVM activities.提供CVM技术支持（在符合部门销售要求的基础上收集图纸、产品模型和相关信息）；改善及发布客户视图模型；为CVM建模者处理技术问题以保证CVM事务的顺利执行。70%

 

2. Engineering Activities - Drafting Service (ECR/ECO))

Support ECR/ECO activities (including gather drawing, production model and related information based on BU sales's requirements); develop and release customer view model; and resolve technical issues for CVM modelers in order to ensure the provision of good drafting (ECR/ECO) service.

提供ECR/ECO技术支持（在符合部门销售要求的基础上收集图纸、产品模型和相关信息）；改善及发布客户视图模型；为CVM建模者处理技术问题以保证提供良好的建模（ECR/ECO）服务。25%

 

3. Helpdesk Support

Provide daily helpdesk support relating to PLM, hardware; manage the ticketing system in order to help internal customer resolve issues in timely and effective manner.

提供关于PLM、硬件的日常帮助支持；运用ticketing系统帮助内部用户及时并有效地处理问题。5%

 

Requirements:

1. Engineering background in college or high school, PC basic operations and knowledge

专科或本科，有一定工程背景的专业; 具备计算机基础知识并会基本操作

2. Communication skills, customer service mindset, approachable, and presentation skills

良好的沟通技巧，具有客户服务意识，容易相处，表达能力强
