Job Title: Laboratory Technician (Biology / Biochemistry)

Job Description:       

• Assist research project leaders in the laboratory to develop and perform analyses and experiments in the field of Biology/Biochemistry.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipments and set up and implement molecular biological analysis for nutrition and health research projects.
• Conduct experiments with cell culture.
• Provide support for group (e.g. ordering etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Biology, Biotechnology, Food biology, or medical sciences. .
• 2+ years laboratory experience in academic or industrial environment
• Essential verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and demonstrate at least basic skills in English.
• Experience in cell culture is a plus.        
• To be able to independently develop hypothesis, design protocol and execute project internally and externally (i.e., in contract facilities)
