Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical daily support for the user Helpdesk services and conduct problem diagnosis and resolution including pc,internal newwork,printer system, phone system, and other related equipments, etc.
2.Maintenance PBX
3.Other task assigned by leader.
Qualifications/skills:
1. Bachelor degree major in technical information, computer science or similar disclipline.
2. Helpdesk and trouble shooting skills are essential.
3. Fluent English both in written and spoken
4. Friendly,good cooperation,team-worker. |
