Costing Intern-北京（工作期限：半年）

 

Working Location: 北京

Job Description:

Responsible for DHL Logistic (China) Ltd, and Danzas NC sub-offices business payments checking， such as Shengyang, Xian, Dalian, Qingdao,Tianjing，ect.
Complete journal booking in finance system for NC sub-offices business payments.
In charge of coordination with sub-offices, ensure business cost data accurate and reasonable.
Coordinate with costing team to ensure monthly closing smoothly.
Coordinate with costing team to complete daily working, such as data inputting and filling, ect.

负责金鹰货运和丹沙中福两家公司华北各分站点业务付款审核及付款工作，如沈阳、西安、大连、青岛、天津等。
负责付款凭证财务系统录入工作。
协调各分站点业务成本录入工作，确保业务成本准确合理。
协同组内人员完成月末结账工作。
协助组内其他同事完成相关工作，如日常系统录入及凭证整理

Job Requirement:

College or above undergraduate student;
1 year of financial working experience is preferably.
Good PC skills－MS Word/ Advanced Excel, etc.
Reading in English

大专、本科及以上学历在校学生；
1年以上财务工作经历优先
良好电脑操作技能，熟悉MS WORD/Advanced Excel等办公软件
一定英文阅读能力

• 实习期限为6个月；
