岗位要求：
-- 本科以上学历，男女不限；
-- 至少1年以上的国际货运行业销售经验；
-- 积极主动，善于沟通，责任心强，敬业及团队合作；

-- 熟悉本地区的国际海运和空运业务的维护及开发；

职位描述：
-- 遵从参加专业的业务和市场技能训练课程，从而提高自我专业行销知识；
-- 遵守公司的业务管理制度和工作指令；
-- 了解所属业务地区的市场信息，规划所属业务地区的业务计划，做到有效的业务管理；
-- 执行客户至上的销售理念，遵守有纪律性的业务活动；
-- 保持对市场变动信息的跟踪，并和市场部进行良好的沟通；
-- 有效管理既有客户和目标客户，提高每月销售业绩，同时做好客户维护和开拓；
-- 根据业务制度，保质保量地发送和跟踪Sales Lead；
-- 根据业务制度，每周科学地进行日常业务拜访，重点跟踪Target Accounts并达成业务；
-- 按时参加业务例会，并按时完成业务报告；
-- 接受上一级主管的考核和评估、绩效潜能测试；
-- 根据公司需要，从事其他的工作安排。
