[center]数据分析员（实习生）[/center]职责：
1、进行基金年报和半年报中投资组合数据的日常维护工作；
2、维护所有必要产品的文件系统的信息更新和有效治理；优化其效率和提高文件收集与整理过程的有效性；
3、跟踪、监控并修改现有文件治理的缺陷；
4、经常性总结当前文件收集的方法和处理过程，确保高效率和对当前技术的充分利用。
 
条件：
1、金融学、投资学、经济学、会计学或其他相关专业。通过证券从业资格考试者优先。
2、精于细节，擅长大量文件的整理维护，以及文件治理的流程优化。
3、英语阅读能力优秀；通过国家英语四级以上；有良好的写作、交流能力。
4、有自我激励精神，能较好地适应独立工作和团队协作的工作环境；
5、能得心应手地完成规定期限内的高容量文件处理任务； 
 
Mutual Fund Data Analyst （Intern）
Responsibilities:
>Perform data entry and auditing to ensure that required data are in place to drive the product.
>Discover, gather and create product requirements and specifications to optimize current data operation process based on team feedback and individual research.
>Ensure the quality and the efficiency of data process.
 
Qualifications:
>Strong Financial/Investment industry knowledge or financial accounting
>Strong read, verbal and written communication skills in English, Cet-4 or above
>Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Investment, Accounting or equivalent required
>Pass the SAC exam is a plus
