Job Description:Write/edit, review, test and deliver technical customer documentation for software projects, including end-user operation and maintenance manuals and on-line helps for GUIs. Responsibility might also required to work as a documentation coordinator, managing a customer documentation project/release, or part of it, as the single customer documentation contact point. Need to be working in projects as part of Chengdu R&D team by using modern agile and iterative software development processes.
Requirements:· Majoring in Engineering, Computer Science or English
· General knowledge in telecommunications and technology.
· Excellent English-language skills, especially in written English.
· Excellent technical writing / coordination skills.
· Interviewing, information gathering and text analysis skills.
· General knowledge of MS office tools.
· Experience in using graphics and different desktop publishing tools, preferably with XML/SGML and Adobe graphic tools.
