对主要客户的销售工作进行有效管理，包括与销售工程师、分销商、系统集成商、区域产品经理、销售支持人员的合作。
通过了解客户的需求，有效推动罗克韦尔产品的销售策略的执行。
大学毕业后会先在上海集中参加为其五个月的专业销售培训生项目，经过培训，项目锻炼后，开始崭新的销售工作。

基本职能：
1. 客户分析，落实地区销售计划。
2. 与目标地区客户建立并保持良好的合作关系。
3. 协助销售经理建立客户资料库，采取合适的销售方法获得订单。
4. 与内部人员合作，为客户设定方案，解决客户的实际需求。
教育/专业要求：
1. 全国重点高校2010应届毕业硕士学历
2. 工业自动化类
3. 电气工程及电气自动化、电机类
其他要求：
1. 英语六级或相等水平，口语流利
2. 自动化或电气工程知识扎实。有一定自动化行业实习或工作经验者优先
3. 热爱销售工作，具有较强的抗压能力
4. 思维敏捷，逻辑思考能力强，具有良好的沟通技巧与表达能力
5. 吃苦耐劳，不轻言放弃
6. 北京本地生源为佳
