Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with the engineering group and manufacture team, working and leading manufacturing team 

during pilot run and production start-up.
-Drive and manage parts delivery and inventory control with the purchasing and logistic procedure.
-Leading and owning equipment qualification, management of trouble shooting activities, regular 

monitoring of tool performance.
-Responsible for contacting contractors, suppliers, vendors for tool start-up.
-Responsible for related tools safety and environmental protection, find out and amend the potential risk.
-Establish the tools documents and track record system.

 
 
职责：
 
-负责与工程设计团队和产品制造团队之间的协调工作，在产品生产试运行期间和生产启动时领导制造团队的工作。
-带动和管理组件运送以及库存的采购和物流流程控制。
-领导及掌握设备的鉴定标准，故障排除项目的管理，定期监测设备的性能。
-工具及设备的初步使用阶段负责联系承包商，供应商与其沟通。
-负责相关设备的使用安全及环境保护，能及时发现和修正潜在危险。
-建立设备及工具的相应文档以及及时追踪档案系统

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in field of mechanical/electrical engineering
-Good understanding of factory and/or fabrication operations
-Technical expertise within semiconductor or solar equipment and be able to provide technical 

direction on all quality issues
-Demonstrated technical leadership capability including strong training, mentoring and coaching skills
-Understand mechanic and electrical components, and trouble shooting skill
-Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skill required.
