[哈尔滨]哈工大航天学院微电子科学与技术系教师招聘启事

岗位名称: 讲师或副教授

 

一、设岗单位基本情况

微电子科学与技术系现有教师22人，其中教授7人，副教授5人，讲师7人。目前承担微电子专业方向的主干课程：固态电子论、微电子器件与原理、集成电路设计，微电子工艺等课程。主要从事集成电路设计、MEMS传感器等方面的研究工作，包括模拟和数字集成电路设计、MEMS传感器、MEMS微能源技术和无线传感网络系统开发与应用等。

现承担国家自然科学基金、国家863、973、国防基础预研等十余项研究课题。近年来发表相关学术论文100余篇，其中被SCI、EI收录论文60余篇。

二、主要工作任务和职责

·           承担本科生、研究生的MEMS技术课程，30学时/年。

l           参加MEMS微能源技术等方面的国家自然科学基金、973等高水平科研项目。

·           指导本科生进行毕业设计，协助指导硕士研究生完成硕士课题，参与实验室的管理建设。

 

三、申请人条件要求

·           品行端正，遵纪守法，严格自律，具有良好的职业道德，组织观念强；

·           掌握MEMS微能源及相关应用技术（电化学专业或熟悉燃料电池者优先考虑）；

·           海外知名大学或985、211工程院校博士毕业；

l           年龄不超过35岁；

l           在国际著名学术刊物发表了高水平文章或获取得高水平研究成果。

Job title: Lecturer or Associate Prof.

1 Basic situation of recruiting unit：

There are 22 teachers in Microelectronics Science and Technology department, including 7 professors, 5 associate professors, and 7 lecturers. It has key courses of microelectronics: solid-state electronic theory, microelectronic devices and principles, integrated circuit design, micro-electronics processing, etc. It is mainly engaged in IC design, MEMS sensors and other relative research: analog and digital integrated circuit design, MEMS sensors, MEMS micro-energy technologies and wireless sensor network system development and applications, etc.

It has published over 100 research papers in recent years. Now it is engaged in more than 10 research projects of National Natural Science Foundation, 863,973 and etc.

2 The main tasks and responsibilities:

·           Open courses associated with MEMS technology for undergraduates or post-graduates, 30 hours / year;

l           Assume science and research projects from the National Natural Science Fund, 973, etc, focusing on basic research and development related to MEMS micro-energy technologies.

·           Guide undergraduates in accomplishing their graduate research, and assist the research center to direct postgraduates to finish their research for master degree;

3 Requirements of applicants：

·           Good conduct, respecting the law, self-disciplined, good professional ethic, and strong sense of organization;A good team spirit, open-minded, being able to creatively resolve problems;

·           Finally education: prominent overseas universities or 985 engineering schools, Dr.；(Those who have studied abroad or overseas post-doctor have priority)

·           Have a deep insight of courses construction and revolution.

l           Know frontiers of MEMS micro-energy and related technologies;(Priority of Electrochemistry or Fuel cells)

l           Publish articles in the world's leading academic journals or gain high-level research achievement.

l           Less than 35 years old.
