Overall Responsibilities:  [/B]
-Cooperate with related content experts to develop e-Learning courses.
-Analyze employees' requirements, problems and make improvements to satisfy them.
-Support related mangers to carry out e-Learning operation activities
 
[B]Knowledge Skills and Abilities: [/B]
-Instructional System Design and course development skills.
-Learning Management System operation skills.
-Excellent customer care attitude and customer engagement skills. 
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
-Passionate and initiative. 
 
[B]Qualifications: [/B]
-Postgraduate 2nd year, majored in Educational Technology or related area is preferred.  
-Good command of English (CET-6), both oral and written. 
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
-Proficient in Dreamweaver and Photoshop
