Sedgman Engineering Technology ( Beijing ) Co Ltd (赛吉满工程技术（北京）有限公司)is a wholly subsidiary of Sedgman Ltd, which is based in Australia .
Sedgman Limited was established in 1979 and has become a leading provider of multi-disciplinary engineering, project delivery and operations services to the global resources industry.
The company is the market leader in the design, construction and operation of coal handling and preparation plants (CHPPs) and has gained international recognition for its coal processing and materials handling technologies.
Sedgman has grown from less than 150 people in 2002 to over 700 at the end of 2008, and got listed in 2006.
In servicing its local and international client base, Sedgman operates from offices in Brisbane, Mackay and Townsville ( Queensland ); Perth ( Western Australia ); Beijing ( China ); and Santiago ( Chile ), with representation in Johannesburg ( South Africa ).
Both Australian and international resource companies characterise the company's quality client base, which includes Anglo Coal Australia, BHP Billiton, Coeur d'Alene, First Quantum Minerals, Gold Fields Australia, Macarthur Coal, New Hope, Peabody, QCoal, Rio Tinto, Vale and Xstrata.

工作职责：
1.根据项目负责人和业主要求，协助本专业高级工程师进行混凝土和钢结构的设计、监管；
2.审查承包商交付的设计图纸，以确保其设计符合工程预算、风险、报告及指令和技术指标；
3.使用、审核并修改所有的通用图，保证赛吉满的设计方案、计算和建模都符合最新的行业标准；
4.现场施工、调试运营和采购的技术支持工作；
5.具有高度的安全意识, 并为赛吉满30年“零安全事故”纪录的保持作出贡献。
要求：
- 土木、结构等相关专业本科学历及以上，研究生优先，应届毕业生或两年内工作经验；
- 英语听说读写能力熟练，能正常与外国人交流者优先；
- 专业知识扎实，学习能力强，关注细节；
- 出色的沟通能力及良好的团队合作精神；
- 熟悉CAD制图，有洗煤厂或重工业设计经验者优先考虑。

工作职责：
1. 协助本专业高级工程师设计选煤厂的供配电与控制系统；
2. 按照项目进度和业主要求，确保选煤厂设计进度和设计质量，资源要求及审核均有效进行；
3. 现场施工、调试运营和采购的技术支持工作；
4. 审查承包商交付的设计图纸，以确保设计符合赛吉满工程预算、风险、报告及指令和技术指标；
5. 协助设计团队不断改进设计系统 （CAD拓展，计算，模式，审核流程）；
6. 具有高度的安全意识,并为赛吉满30年“零安全事故”纪录的保持作出贡献。
要求：
- 电机、电气自动化或机电相关专业本科以上学历，研究生优先，应届毕业生或两年内工作经验
- 英语听说读写能力熟练，能正常与外国人交流者优先；
- 专业知识扎实，学习能力强，关注细节；
- 出色的沟通能力及良好的团队合作精神；
- 熟悉CAD制图，有洗煤厂或重工业设计经验者优先考虑。
