    2，有比较深厚的美术功底，艺术设计专业大三、大四在校学生；
    3，要有对设计的热情和创意的思想。
    4、较强的广告创意能力、审美能力和艺术修养。
    5，具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
    6，有手绘能力者优先。
    7，条件优秀，毕业后可考虑长期聘用。
