Recruitment Researcher (Headhunting)-CBD location

We are a fast growing international search firm specialized in middle to senior level executive recruitment. Due to the growth, we are looking for a researcher to join our Shanghai team.

The role:
1. Assist Consultants to identify high quality professionals through effective research;
2. Engage potential candidates and conduct telephone interviews to assess them for suitable positions
3. Support Consultants with different aspects of candidate and client management

The qualifications:

1. Excellent telephone manner and people skills
2. Previous telephone sales experience is highly preferable
3. Computer literate and Internet savvy
4. Fluent in written and oral English
