网络工程师IT Admin的职位描述和要求：

 

Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain security of information systems for efficient operation of the company's current operations and to achieve long-range business goals.

- Manage all kind of servers (like Exchange and FTP servers) to ensure that each server has 100% up-time.

- Implement and maintain a well-designed, stable and secure network structure for the company.

- Perform daily IT support, like user profiles and accounts creation; software/hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrading; project data and systems backups; and desktop troubleshooting.

- Monitor system logs and activities on all servers and devices to ensure the company IT security related policies and procedures are well followed.

- Create and maintain configuration, planning, supporting, maintenance and trouble shooting documentations

- Provide technical support, consultation and training to the company.

 

Requirements:

- University graduate with major in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent discipline.

- 2 years of successful experiences of Helpdesk troubleshooting and system/network administration.

- Proficient in Windows 2003/XP based configuration and administration.

- Proficient in network configuration, such as Exchange, VLAN, Router, Switch, Firewall, etc.

- Familiar with Microsoft management tools, such as SourceSafe, SCCM, SCOM, etc.

- Good English writing and speaking skills.

- Good knowledge of Mac/Linux platforms is a plus.

- MCSE/CCNA certification preferred.

- Able to work on multiple projects in parallel.

- Able to work as a team or independently.

- Self-motivated, aggressive and able to work efficiently.

-Excellent communication skills required

-Experience in writing and debugging windows applications

-Experience in using majority of Windows API functions(files, registry,process,dlls,GUI etc)
