    Responsibilities:
    1.Greets all visitors properly and direct to the related person.
    2. Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures.
    3. Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from Executive Office Secretary. E.g. word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
    4. Handling incoming and out going calls professionally. Make sure the calls are being transferred correctly and deliver the message on time if the called person was not available.
    5. Assist Executive Office Secretary to ensure the office facilities functioning including office stationary, telephone, printing, fax, access control, etc. Make sure the office consumable materials' standard and on time supply. E.g. stationary, refreshers, etc
    6.Assist Executive Office Secretary to liaise and negotiate with suppliers, check and compare prices, reduce cost of office operation;
    7.Responsible for office maintenance, decoration, cleaning, and general tidiness of the office and meeting room.
    8. Assist Executive Office Secretary to prepare budget for office administration, office decoration, equipment and special projects.
    9. Assist Executive Office Secretary to maintain and manage property of PTL office.
    10. Provide good services to customers. Including but not limited to: ticket reservation and buying, etc.
    11.Tasks assigned by Executive Office Secretary and Admin manager.
   
    Qualification:
    1.College degree, major in administration management is proffered.
    2. Good spoken and written English, good writing and communication skills. Excellent computer skills. Reliable and capable of keeping confidential information. Positive and good tempered.
    3. Preventative with good manners.
    4. Experience in administration job is preferred.
