职位描述:
1.客服0800电话接听及咨询服务
2.其它客服事项之执行与追踪
3.产出每周与每月客服相关报表与报告
4.处理客户、厂商请款流程
5.协助回答VIP会员对于会员权益、会员活动、网站上信息等相关问题
6.协助VIP会员进行各项权利义务等事宜
7.处理相关行政工作
