Title: Asset Management Hardware Analyst
 
Number of hires: 2
 
Primary Responsibilities: Has overall responsibility for executing project deliverables related to remediation of the Hardware Baseline information in the ANZ(Australia & New Zealand) asset repositories, for in scope accounts. 
 
Specific responsibilities include:
o Consolidate hardware data from multiple sources into required format
o Asset data updates to maintain accuracy of database repository(ies)
o Monitoring of processes, data flows, and data repositories to ensure asset data elements are being collected, handled, stored, and reported accurately
o Upload and Update information in the asset repositories
o Resolve any variances or discrepancies in the data collected, and in the data uploaded to asset repositories.
o Interface with Support Team organizations; 
o Asset reporting and measurements
 
Minimum Qualifications:
The following skills and experience are required:
o  Asset Management (or inventory / stock management) Background preferred 
o  Fluent spoken and written English communication skills
o  Strong basic Excel operational skills eg. Navigation, formatting, copy/paste 
o  Basic Excel formula skills (eg. MATCH, VLOOKUP) are desirable
o  Adequate MS Access operational skills (ie. Basic queries/matching)
o  Ability to follow work instructions and execute with consistency
o  Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
o  Ability to multi-task
o  Strong analytical skills
o  Eye for details
o  Strong time management skill
o  Ability to use IBM workstation based tools and databases
 
Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates): Bachelor degree major in IT, Management, or English.
