1. 职位：客户服务代表

工作职责：

¨   寻找潜在客户，与客户建立良好关系；

¨   了解客户信息，掌握市场动态，为市场分析提供数据；

¨   定期更新并维护客户信息；

¨   配合市场活动，主动与潜在客户联系，邀请客户参加MacKay活动, 解答客户对产品的疑问，并积极促成订单。

职位要求：

¨   仪表气质俱佳，声音甜美，有亲和力；

¨   良好的表达能力和沟通能力；

¨   有良好的服务意识和精神；

¨   大三、大四学生；

¨   每周工作2-3天（可包括周末）。

需求人数：2-3人，需长期工作，表现优秀可转正；

Position：Customer Service Representative

Job responsibilities:

¨         Find potential customers, understand customers’ conditions, establish good relationships with them;

¨         Know customer information, grasp market trends, provide data for marketing analysis;

¨         Update & maintain databases of customers’ information regularly;

¨         Contact with potential customers actively along with marketing program and invite customers to participate MacKay’s activities, providing information in response to inquiries about products to get orders actively.

Job description:

¨         Good appearance and manners, sweet voice, nice personality;

¨         Excellent communication skills;

¨         Good service awareness and spirit;

¨         Junior or senior students;

¨         Work for at least for 2-3 days per week (weekends included).

Needs: 2-3 persons, long-term internship, with chance to become official staff

2. 职位：校园市场拓展专员

工作职责：

¨   协助市场经理制定市场计划（包括品牌及产品定位，品牌推广计划，渠道建设），开拓新市场；

¨   与合作伙伴建立良好关系，并拓展新的合作伙伴；

¨   负责新市场（松江大学城高校等）的总体项目运作，落实市场计划；

¨   负责各校宣传等活动推广；

¨   协调各校宣传及举办活动资源。

职位要求：

¨   良好的市场全局观和统筹能力；

¨   良好的沟通能力和应变能力；

¨   良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力以及较强的执行力；

¨   大三、大四学生；

¨   每周至少工作2～3天。

Position: Marketing Promotion Executive

Job responsibilities:

¨         Assist marketing manager with marketing plans (e.g. brand & product orientation, brand promoting plan, channel establishment, etc.), and expand new market;

¨         Build good relationships with cooperation partners, explore new partners;

¨         Be responsible for general operation of projects in new markets (Shanghai University, Fudan University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics & Tongji University) and implementation of marketing plans;

¨         Be responsible for the promotion of projects in universities;

¨         Coordinate resources for publicity and activities promotion in universities.

Job description:

¨         Good marketing intuition and overall planning ability;

¨         Excellent communication skills and flexibility;

¨         Excellent problem analyzing and solving skills & strong executive power;

¨         Junior or senior students;

¨         Work for at least 2-3 days per week.

¨   设计网站，定期更新网站内容。

¨   熟悉网络营销，擅长IT、计算机；

¨   富有创意思维，对市场感兴趣；

¨   大三、大四学生；

¨   每周至少工作2-3天。
