CVA(Corporate Value Associates) is an international management consulting firm. From its inception in 1987, CVA has grown into a "global strategy boutique" with a broad spectrum of blue-chip clients serviced by around 300 consultants based out of 16 offices worldwide. CVA expended its business in China since 1995 and now has two offices in Shanghai and Beijing.
We service large and high-end clients by applying proprietary problem-solving approaches to complex business problems; helping our clients to create shareholder value. CVA currently has exciting opportunities for talented and motivated people wishing to join our Shanghai/Beijing office as a Consultant/Business Analyst. At CVA, you will work on a range of highly stimulating and interesting projects across various industries, geographic locations and cultures. You will be responsible for discreet modules of larger projects, analyse complex and ambiguous problems, manage client relationships and develop innovative, tangible solutions for our clients.
• Academic: You are a motivated graduate, having completed a quantitative based degree such as economics/commerce/business, engineering, mathematics, or science. Your degree was obtained from a leading university and you possess an outstanding academic record
• Analysis: You possess excellent quantitative and financial modelling skills.
• Communication: You have excellent communication skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a quiet self-confidence.
• Experience: Relevant experience or internships will be highly regarded.
• Language: You are fluent in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
