Main Responsibilities:
1.Provide service to customer via phone in the manner of polite and professional way.
2.Provide resolution and suggestion to the customer online.
3.Trouble shooting and resolve customer problem at 1st level.
4.Escalation base on support flow and tracking the ticket until the case closed.
Requirements:
1.2 years of work experience in customer service or call center.
2.Be responsible, considerate and calm.
3.Strong interpersonal communication, customer service skills.
4.Good PC skill and good command of Mandarin and English on both Oral and Written, know about Cantonese is preferred.
5. Majored in computer technology is requirement.
