Job Description
Support HRD team in the following areas:
- Plan, develop, implement and analyze Daimler China Learning Center's programs to ensure employee knowledge/skill building as required by business units and organization.
- Facilitate/upgrade the implementation of the company's performance management system
- Set up and implement other HRD tools/programs relating to people development like IDP, talent management, employee engagement, etc.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor degree or Master in Human Resource related topics or Business Administration
- Internship experience in multinational company
- Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills with a good business sense and entrepreneurial attitude
- Good self assessment of own capabilities
- Highly self-motivated and a good team player
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in various channels
- High proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Excellent command of MS office, esp. excel and power point
- Native Chinese
