 实验室分析人员和研发人员20-30人             要　　求：硕士以上学历，仅限有机化学及化学合成专业。
工作地点：上海

           

Task, competencies and responsibilities
Ensure communication and timely investigation of critical deviations of suppliers.
Understand, elaborate improve the synthesis route of suppliers.
Support suppliers in chemical production regarding scale up and trouble shooting.
Participate in the development and actively comply with local standard operation procedures to fulfil EHS and best practices.
Give feedback, input and take active part to prepare a structured decision basis for management.
Have a mindset of continuous improvement, identify and share best practice.
Document all lab experiments according to the existing laboratory information management system rules.

Knowledge and skill requirements
Good knowledge in organic chemistry and chemical synthesis is mandatory. Additional knowledge in organic analytical chemistry as well as a good understanding for technical processes would be appreciated.
A Master's or PhD degree is expected. A bachelor degree can only be accepted if longterm experience is available.
Knowledge of international standards and of regulatory aspects as well as a good understanding how to run a process development lab.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing /Laboratory Practice (GMP/GLP) for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) would be an advantage.
Fluent in written and spoken English; Chinese mother tongue. The language in meetings and in correspondence will be English.
Good communication and social skills, persistence, commitment.
Inter-cultural competence would be an advantage.
Skilful in using office application (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook)
Interested in working in an international company.
