Ashland fortune 500 company (NYSE: ASH) is looking for project based internship to complete data analysis & graphic for the in-house employee satisfaction survey.

Sample Size: 1200 to 1500 responses

Scope:
- Data inputs from survey sheets
- Data validation & verification
- Data variance analysis
- Generate survey report in different of data sorting, analysis
- Generate graphic, charts for survey results - to be reviewed at leadership team meeting

Project Duration:
- 30-60 days (depends on the results, can take project data home to complete)
Project deliverables
- Data inputs into the systems
- Data analysis
- Reports

Required Skills:
- Strong in Quantitative Analysis
- Data analysis, Variance analysis, math, Statics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology background
- Familiar with SAS, SPSS, regression or different statistical analysis tools/software
- Lab experience is a strong plus
- PPT & Excel MS office Skills

Compensation: total of 5000 RMB with additional 1000 RMB if analysis results exceed expectations.
