One of the top leading Venture Capital investment funds in North Asia is looking to recruit an Associate to assist their investment professional team in their Shanghai office.

> Job Description:
> - Conduct industry research, gather and organize market data, develop presentations.
> - Financial and industrial analysis, Market analysis, financial modeling and scenario analyses
> - Evaluate investment projects and assist in executing investments
> - Conduct due diligence, including (but not limited to) clients reference check and background check of the core team management
> - Additional responsibilities include portfolio company support

> Requirement
> - Top ranking University Student with relevant major in: Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Law, Computer Science, or Statistics
> - Outstanding academic achievements
> - Strong Analytical and presentation skills
> - 2+ years in investment banking (M&A, Corporate Finance), management consulting or accounting firm with certain industrial knowledge
> - Successful candidates must also have a proven track record of leadership skills, teamwork, and a history of distinguished extracurricular achievement
> - Excellent command of spoken & written Mandarin & English
