Vacancies:
1. Media Sales Engineer
Job Duties:
- To generate new prospects and customers of our email marketing software and service
- To retain existing customers
- To meet sales target

Job Requirements:
- good selling technique
- knowledge in internet marketing / IT

2. Support Specialist/Customer Service
Job Duties:
- provide technical support to current customers / users
- keep records of calls made and problems reported
- refer problems on, where necessary, to engineers or other specialists
- review products and procedures
- plan improvements
- keep up to date with product developments and advise on appropriate upgrades.

Job requirements:
- ability to listen
- ability to analyse and solve problems
- attention to detail
- good verbal and written communication skills

3. Digital Marketing Executive/Manager
Job Duties:
Plan and deliver digital marketing plans and end to end campaigns to the highest standard, in line with brand guidelines, in particular eCRM and online affiliate activities to drive acquisition and retention.

Generate fresh campaign ideas, ensure fully integrated & optimised campaigns, and monitor, evaluate & report on campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and analytical skills are a must along with solid experience in digital and direct marketing, with understanding of eCRM, affiliates and/or display, and a genuine passion for the digital arena.

4. IT Manager
Job Duties:
- Supervise and develop a new version of our best-selling shareware
- Other Windows and web-based application

Job Requirements:

- have one year solid experience in Windows programming and database programming using
- experience in database progamming - SQL server / Access
- knowledge in web development like HTML, CSS, javascript
- web design skill and image editing skill using photoshop is preferred.

Job duties:
1. Formulate and execute SEO plan to achieve top 3 search result ranking for targeted keywords
2. Daily web site editing and operations

Job requirements:
1. Knowledge of working principles of key search engines like Google, yahoo and Yahoo

- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be a PLUS
