Responsibilities:
 
 
 
Ÿ   Assist HR manager in coordinating interview arrangement;
 
Ÿ   Coordinate benefits enrollment；
 
Ÿ   Maintain employee personal file；
 
Ÿ   Coordinate people related issue with HR vendor
 
Ÿ   Other duties assigned by HR manager; 
 
 
 
 
 
Required qualifications: 
 
 
 
• Strong sense of responsibilities and service mindset;
 
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; 
 
• Major in English/Human Resources preferred, bachelor or master degree; 
 
• Good computer proficiency;
 
• Must guarantee 3 working days per week;
