Job Responsibility:
1.Under the guidance of the PD/ Sourcing team, working with supplier to ensure the accuracy of quick quote sheet, quote sheet, spec sheet, BOM of existing products based on specific project needs.
2.Under the guidance of the PD / Sourcing / OPS team to complete cost comparison, BOM analysis, ensure all data used are accurate.
3.After product testing, double check lab testing report against spec sheet, quote sheet and system info to ensure all information are accurate and updated.
4.Keeping track of the samples in the office, prepare samples for resourcing needs. Maintain vendor database with most updated info.
5.Support business team in its sourcing / resourcing activities.
Job Requirement:
1. Self-motivated, a fast learner who works well in a fast paced, and changing environment..
2. Highly organized, result-driven minded, excellent follow-up skills and the ability to successfully interface with partners internally and externally.
3. Ability to plan and co-ordinate multiple projects.
4. Team player with excellent analytical problem solving, failure mode anticipation and communication skills.
5. Excellent computer skill in Exell, word, Power Point.
6.Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
