Responsibilities:
· Provide timely and efficient research and project support to China BD team by working closely on regional strategy and business development projects
· Conduct and support business & strategic projects including regional strategy, industry analysis, market intelligence (desk research, field interviews, and phone interviews, etc.)
· Maintain knowledge management database
· Provide support on preparing executive presentations
· Provide prompt and accurate response to market information requests
· Communicate with external market agencies and provide necessary guidance to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
· Rigorous research and analytical capability
· Preferable with 2-3 years of experience in top-tier management consulting firm, and/or international companies with market analysis/strategic planning
· Good coordination skills to organize people
· Willingness and ability to deal with stress environment and project deadlines
· Good people skills to manage multi parties and communicate with external parties
· Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English
· MBA preferable
